The PRO-9HD Series Tenderizers perform two basic functions - Tenderizing & Knitting. The BIRO Tenderizer blades cut deep into the product to sever interconnecting tissue and sinew. Two passes are all that is needed with the BIRO-designed Tenderizer to create value-added product from tough, less expensive beef. Knitting means to take two or three smaller pieces of meat and transform them into one larger, more desirable product, commonly know as "Cube Steak." SPECIAL ORDERED ITEM CALL FOR DETAILS.
