What exactly is a "Chamber" Vacuum Machine?
Imagine a box, with a lid, a heat bar inside the box in an enclosed area (chamber).
Place the bag with product inside the box, laying the opening of the bag over the heat bar, close the lid.
The machine will vacuum the bag and seal it.
Advantages:
No liquid problems as not sucking on the bag.
No heat problems, will do volume without overheating
Bags cost 40 to 60% less as do not need the embossed bags. These bags are smooth on both sides and as a group are better quality.
Chamber machines are available in many different sizes, capable of doing one bag per cycle up to many bags per cycle.
