Alaska Butcher supply is an AWESOME store. I visit ever time I go to Anchorage. They have great products and the customer service is exceptional. The first time I made a large purchase there Butch (owner I think) told me: "If I screw you, I will unscrew you" I have bought several items at AK Butcher Supply and everyone if them has exceeded my expectations.
