Refund policy

Returns will be taken within 30 days of invoice date. You must e-mail us at alaskabutcher@alaskabutcherequip.com for a return authorization number and it must be freight prepaid. All products must be returned new and unused (no food contact).

Shipping will be an extra amount only determined after order is completed. Due to the complexities of shipping various packages to Rural Alaska and Beyond. Your order will be refunded if you don't accept our shipping price. Please feel free to call us ( 907- 258- 7502 ) or come by the shop if you would like to talk to a human about shipping.
